FTP Upload Instructions

WINDOWS

  • Download a free FTP program for Windows
  • Save it to your hard drive and unzip.
  • “Installation” of this program is not required for it to run.
    • WS_FTP
  • Address and user name are pre-configured. Please call for the password.
    Simply click on the icon for WS_FTP95.exe    (it looks like this)
  • To connect, type in the password then press the OK button (see screenshot below)

How to login:

  • USERNAME: dqupload@doubleq.on.ca
  • PASSWORD: please call Christine (519) 963-5502
  • Create a new folder for your company/project
  • Drag and drop the files into the folder
  • Contact us after the files have been uploaded

MAC:

Download Cyberduck 3.2.1
Intel/PPC Mac OS X 10.4 or later required.

Download Cyberduck 3.3b4
Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard compatible beta.
Mac OS X 10.5 or later required.

How to login:

  • ADDRESS: dqupload.doubleq.on.ca
  • USER NAME: dqupload@doubleq.on.ca
  • PASSWORD: please call Christine (519) 963-5502
  • Directory: create a new folder for your company/project
  • Drag and drop the files into the folder
  • Port: 21
  • Contact us after the files have been uploaded
